All of a sudden, my life sucks. I have no idea why.
My best friend is lying to me, and breaking his promises, and spreading rumours trying to get me beaten up. I aksed him why and he denied everything, but everyone I spoke to told me he was telling people this. I'm kind of scared, too, because he's telling the truth. I am gay, but at my school that can get you ditched and beaten up, so I hardly told anyone at all.
My crush has found herself a new boyfriend, and hasn't stopped talking about him since they started going out. I do want her to be happy with him, but i can't help being jealous every time I see them together. Plus, things haven't really been the same between us since I came out to her. *shrug* She was my best friend at the time, but I don't think it was something she wanted to hear.
Most of my friends have been more distant and less willing to talk to me, too... probably because of these rumours...
Argh. :( |

We finally updated the family computer to XP :) It's awesome! We have all the new programs and stuff... but now our computer won't connect to the internet. :( So, though I can borrow my sister's compy for a while, I can't be on MSN or Yahoo! Messenger. I miss you guys, but I hope I'll be back soon.... :( |

My school was holding a MASSIVE talent quest night yesterday. It was pretty amazing, a talent quest and fashion parade cross for about three hours straight!
Of course, the funniest part was the teachers. There is nothing quite like watching your maths teacher with her hair in blue pigtails, in satin pyjamas dancing with your principal....
Our teachers go crazy at nights like this. It was
hilarious!
And, of course, my best friends were in the fashion parade. :) All dressed up in tuxes and gorgeous gowns... They looked all grown up!
Was a fantastic night all round. It was absolutely brilliant, and I've just about lost my voice from cheering and screaming all night. :)
Can't wait for next year.... |

I had an almost-fight with my bestie about a month ago, and we finally made up! :)
I thought he'd been ignoring me, and not spending any time with me, and I don't have any other really close friends... I thought maybe he was uncomfortable after I came out, but he said he didn't have a problem with that.
Then, he took a whole lot of days off, because he was sick and didn't even call me. So, I angsted for a few days, but I called him just then, and everything's fine :)

Hey, everyone. I am now officially a newbie on lj. I've been lurking for a while now, and am just finding out how all works with a real account :)
So, there's my funky introduction.
Actual Journal:
My grandfather sprung a surprise visit on us all today! We were out shopping, and we came home to see his car in the yard, and he was upstairs pretending to be asleep so we couldn't all tackle him like we normally do :)
I have the awesome-est grandfather in the world. :) |
